Attraction Consulting
We Don’t Sugarcoat Recovery — We Redefine It.
Attraction Consulting isn’t run by outsiders looking in. It’s led by someone who survived it all — 200 days in a cardboard dumpster through the 2016–2017 blizzard, with nothing but a mattress, a few sleeping bags, and the kind of resilience you can’t fake. We don’t just understand the system — we lived inside it, and now we’re tearing it down.
In Pennsylvania, people are doing 8 years on a 5- to 10-year sentence, only to come home and be forced into drug treatment programs they never needed. We’re talking about people who just did a nickel or dime for dealing, not using — but parole slaps them with mandatory IOP (Intensive Outpatient) like they’re addicts. Why? Because the state and these halfway programs get paid to enroll bodies — not to heal lives.
IOP demands 3 hours a day, 3 days a week. Add in a 20% cut for fines, 10% for rent, a requirement to work and save for housing — and what are you left with? Trapped in a toxic, broken system, surrounded by relapse and failure, just so they can say they’re “helping.”
We’re calling bullshit.
Attraction Consulting offers recovery and reentry built on truth, not trauma. You don’t need another generic workbook. You need a plan, a place, and a path forward. We create customized strategies for people who want to win — not just check boxes and survive the system.
You’re not a statistic. You’re a story in progress — and we’re here to help you write the next chapter your way.
🌱 Our Journey & Growth
Attraction Consulting was born out of survival — not just mine, but ours.
In the brutal 2016–2017 blizzard, I spent over 200 days living in a cardboard dumpster with my best friend — my ride-or-die, my day-one. We weren’t in a relationship, but we never left each other’s side. We had each other’s backs, no matter what.
We’d walk 12 city blocks out of Kensington at night just to find somewhere safe to sleep — behind a grocery store in Fishtown near the Dollar Tree. Then we’d walk 12 blocks back in the morning to get well. Some days I walked ahead, mad at the world — mad at him. But he was patient with me in a way most people never were. He always made a way.
If I couldn’t get it, he would. He’d stand outside Wawa until 4 in the morning making sure we had $20 — not by begging, He hated just asking. He cleaned windows. Walked all of Kensington and Fishtown with a rhythm and a hustle most people never noticed. He even had regular spots where businesses expected him on certain days. He had pride in what he did — and I had pride in him.
We didn’t just survive the streets — we studied them. We saw how the system fails people over and over, how programs are more about profit than healing. And we knew we weren’t the only ones tired of being thrown into treatment we didn’t need, forced into boxes that didn’t fit, surrounded by relapse, fines, and failure.
Growth, for us, means taking that pain and doing something different with it.
Attraction Consulting isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress. It’s about building a path forward for people who’ve already been through hell and are ready to fight for something real. We’re not here to preach. We’re here to walk beside you — just like he walked beside me.
This isn’t just my story.
It’s the story of every person who made a way when there wasn’t one.
It’s the story of loyalty, of hustle, of survival — and now, of something better.
